All of our products are shipped by the next business day and should take no longer than 5 business days to reach you. If you have not received your products 7 days after ordering then please contact us. Please allow extra time for delivery during festive periods.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final and unfortunately due to health and hygiene we are unable to accept 'change of mind' refunds, returns or exchanges. please choose carefully before checkout is completed. returns are not eligible for normal wear and tear, rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products. unfortunately we cannot guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food any of our silicone products come into contact with and will not be able to provide a refund or exchange on any stained products. Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden or textured surfaces and we will not approve requests for refunds or returns due to this reason.

FAULTY RETURNS

All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care and are carefully packaged to avoid any damages during shipment of orders. However, if when received, there are any manufacturing issues please contact us at info@littleb-baby.co.uk within 14 days from the date of shipping. You must notify us of an intended return or exchange and we will help you with the process.
